Do not recommend this app. Did not prevent any chargeback on both stores I am using it. In fact, they charged me for an alert received long after the actual chargeback came through.
Furthermore, their support staff is terrible.

You setup RDR and Ethoca alerts, but all of your chargebacks were on PayPal. We offer PayPal alerts to prevent these types of disputes, but you did not activate PayPal alerts.
RDR and Ethoca provide no benefit to preventing PayPal disputes. Only PayPal alerts (a separate activation process) can help here.
Furthermore, you were never charged for any alerts on "Martina Portorož".

To be honest, it's technical to set it up. But I'm 100% sure these guys know what they are doing and they want YOU to get the best possible performance and customer experience possible. I love the shipping notifications that tracks every dispute and informs customers automatically. I think this app is undervalued. The features are insane and they do work. I think the UI/UX can be improved a little more. But the service is INSANE. A few meetings with Chris and his 14+ years experience in ecom and everything was set up and running in 30 min.
There are alternatives, but they fancy a beautiful UI/UX, I bet their performance is worse than Disputifier.
Install this app, ask Chris to do a setup and you are good to go.

Switched from an overpriced fraud software, and Disputifier has saved us a lot of money each month (and time). The features feel a lot more tailored for stores like ours. Plus an amazing support team that is very helpful. We've been winning more chargebacks, and overall were happy with Disputifier. I'd pick it over other fraud/chargeback softwares. I'd DEFINTELY pick it over not using any software for fraud/chargeback at all (relying on Shopify's default fraud detection).
