Abigail was very helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the issue on both stores. She gave clear guidance, followed up properly, and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. I really appreciated her support.
I had a very bad experience with this app. After months with no alerts and $0 charges, Disputifier suddenly billed me $799 without my consent, claiming that a price increase they emailed months ago automatically counted as approval. At no point did I accept or reactivate anything.
Their support kept insisting that silence equals consent and refused to issue a refund, even though their service had been inactive for months.
Be very careful with this app

We apologize for any confusion. When you received a spike in chargebacks in September 2025, these were covered by RDR. RDR is a program designed to prevent Visa chargebacks. On January 1 2025, RDR pricing changed across the board for ALL businesses using RDR, not just Disputifier. We sent several notifications regarding this prior to January 1 2025 and also offered a partial refund for the inconvenience.
They have never won a chargeback for us in 2 years. They allow duplicate chargebacks on the same order. They don’t explain their app and settings until you ask via the online chat. We do not recommend.
Amazing service. Helped us get our chargebacks way down and Shopify released a hold that they had on over a quarter million dollars from us. Highly recommend this app. Team is super responsive and easy to work with as well!

Disputifier excels in simplifying chargeback management. The interface is intuitive, and whenever I have a question, their amazing customer support is available at all hours, providing prompt and helpful assistance. The analytics feature is a bonus, offering insights to prevent future disputes. Definitely a must have for efficient and stress-free chargeback resolution. Highly recommended.

they took all the resolved chargeback of the 6 last years and claimed they resolved themselves
they debited me 9640 dollars today

You chose our annual plan which clearly states it's an upfront payment for 1 year worth of chargebacks. This plan is customized based on your sales + chargeback volume. Since you had ~$80K in annual chargebacks, this is the plan made for your store.
We sent a reminder email the day before your plan was charged.
This charge was made extremely clear and you were amicably refunded/switched your plan immediately after you requested it.
Luchi has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive in helping us work through our concerns across different stores.
She has consistently taken the time to listen carefully, understand the issues in detail, and guide us with clear and practical advice. Even during long conversations often almost every day she remained professional, responsive, and genuinely willing to help.
We also really appreciate her support in helping us manage our account needs, including assisting with arranging an account manager for us. That extra effort made a real difference and helped us feel properly supported.

Mae has been absolutely fantastic to work with. She was quick, clear, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout our setup checks across multiple stores. She explained the Ethoca, RDR, CDRN, and billing alert questions in a way that was easy to understand, and helped us confirm exactly what was active, what was still in progress, and what needed to be monitored next.
What stood out most was how thorough and calm she was — even when we had several technical questions around descriptors, alert overlap, duplicate billing, and account activation timelines. She gave practical answers, pointed us to the right resources, and made the whole process feel much easier.
