Bleona was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I was initially very confused and frustrated about a chargeback alert situation, but she took the time to clearly explain how alerts, refunds, and chargebacks work step by step.
Her responses were fast, professional, and reassuring, and she made sure I fully understood what was happening with my Shopify order and why the refund was automatically processed.
Even though the situation itself was frustrating, Bleona handled it with a lot of empathy and expertise. Excellent customer support — thank you again!
