We sell home and kitchen products and get around 200–300 customer messages a day on WhatsApp, Instagram and our store. Replying to all of it manually was getting really hard, and some customers were waiting too long for a reply.
We tried a few other apps before this, but they all needed flows set up. Customers don't really follow flows, so we kept ending up replying ourselves anyway.
With DmScout we didn't have to build anything like that. It picks up the product details from our store and replies to customers on its own. If it's not sure about something, it asks us, and once we answer it gets back to the customer. It only passes the chat to our team when it actually needs to, like when someone wants to talk to a person.
It also suggests other products to customers while chatting, which has helped our sales. In the first 10 days it closed 60 orders through chats. It's easily paying for itself.
Our team isn't chasing messages all day anymore. Happy with it so far.
