Dollarlabs: Ultimate Discounts

The DollarLabs team exceeded all my expectations. They explained everything clearly, guided me through every step, and made sure I understood exactly how the app would behave before making any changes. That gave me a lot of confidence during the implementation.

Their responses were always fast, thoughtful, and effective. I truly felt supported throughout the entire process.

Without a doubt, this is the best support experience we've ever had with any Shopify app. I highly recommend DollarLabs!

The app was very helpful for our team to create discounts that combine shipping with other product discounts. The set up was very simple and I had my first promo code created within minutes. When things got a little advanced in the logic I needed, I contacted their customer support and was able to jump on a call to get things figured out within a few minutes.

Overall, the best experience I've had with customer support on any app so far!

We recently migrated from BigCommerce to Shopify, and one of the biggest gaps we ran into was promotions. BigCommerce’s promotion engine is far more flexible out of the box, so we needed an affordable Shopify app that could handle more complex discount logic. DollarLabs: Ultimate Discounts filled that gap. From simple order-level discounts to more advanced, multi-layered promotions, it’s been able to handle everything we’ve thrown at it. Highly recommend.

By far the best discounting app I've ever used. Truly has the advanced functionality that we were needing as a subscription & one-time brand. Hands down the best customer service I've ever received from Lesle & the team. + we were struggling to achieve something and they bent over backwards to find a solve. Will forever use Dollarlabs!

The app is pretty easy to use. The developers are very accommodating in answering our questions and providing what is possible to address our needs. Still a pretty basic app for basic discounting needs but if you need basic, I think this is enough.

Hands down the best support I’ve ever experienced on Shopify.

The DollarLabs support team is next level.
Super friendly, incredibly patient, and genuinely committed to solving every issue — no matter how complex it is.

They didn’t just answer my questions; they went above and beyond, walked me through everything step-by-step, and made sure I fully understood the setup. I’ve never had such a helpful experience with a Shopify app before.

The app itself works flawlessly, but the real highlight is the team behind it. If you're looking for a reliable solution backed by world-class support, this is the one.

Absolutely deserved 5 stars. Highly recommended.

The app is just what we needed. Giving the opportunity to create shopify functions without the hassle of having to code. They are super responsive and helped me create a discount that wasn't available when we installed the app. Also, they guided us on how to create another discount.

If you are looking for an app that applies discounts at the checkout without having to rely on widgets, this is your app. 10/10 would recommand.

These guys are amazing! They helped us:
- Show discounted prices on PDP if there's an active discount
- Apply automatic discount if landing on a specific URL
- Set up complex discount code setups (same coupon code, but 20% off for singles, 30% off for bundles)

+ they did it all in like 1 day or so.

So if you need any help with setting up complex discounts or showing the prices on site with active discount code then Dollarlabs will take good care of you!

This app is extremely good and addresses my use cases exceptionally well. The other part to know is support, when they say they provide support, the team (abel) most certainly do, best part is they are quick, just about real time.

For Australian stores, if you are exposed to Support at Home or NDIS funding models and need a discount solution to remain compliant this is the App for you

This app goes far deeper into customized discounts than the majority of Shopify discount apps, even touching upon custom metafields, tags, and much more. I had to chat with support during my trial version, and they provided me a custom solution via video that solved my problem. Great support. Great app! Highly recommended!
