Dollarback: Loyalty & Rewards

If I could do 10 stars, I would. We use about 15 different apps for Shopify and Shopify POS, and this one works flawlessly. When we have had a question or feature request, the tech support has been second to none. If only every app offered this level of support and bug free functionality.

We needed a solution that could handle bulk credit uploads efficiently, and this app delivered exactly what we were looking for. The support we received throughout the process was truly exceptional—far beyond our expectations. Their customer service is what truly sets them apart from other apps.

Amazing team! Their customer support is next level. I love the app, and it helps incentivize customers to make more purchases. The best part is that it blends seamlessly with our store.

Incredible. 10 stars.

We came from another big popular points app and right when I saw Dollarback on the Shopify app store, I knew it was a winner for our store.

It has all the features I was looking for. The creator is an awesome person really trying to help businesses.

I literally compared all apps for hours and did sales calls etc... all the processes and then I saw the Dollarback app and knew immediately this is what our store needs and our customers love it and its so simple and easy.

If you see this review, download it see for yourself. This app is ahead of the game.

Offers flexible support with a clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interface.
