We were looking for a loyalty app that can support our previous platform's setup, which was a no-nonsense, percentage cash-back system. Not only does Dollarback Loyalty & Rewards support that setup, Lesle and the team are super quick to respond and offer help when I run into a question, even for more unconventional uses of their platform.
The move from our previous POS was full of headaches, but thanks to Dollarback, continuing our loyalty program was not one of them.
I can not recommend this app enough! Chat support is near instantaneous with their replies, friendly and thoroughly helpful! Setup is easy and the cash back program is far more customizable than we found on other apps we tried. Thank you Dollarback!
This app does exactly what we need it to and it does so flawlessly. Dollar Labs support is prompt and professional. They were very helpful during our set up.
