AMAZING !
This app helps me run my yearly fundraiser and the customer service has always been top notch. No complaints, easy to use for end user and admin alike.
Donate Bee is the perfect solution for nonprofit fundraising. We use it in our Shopify bookstore for donations, but also link to it on our own custom website for fundraising. We simply created a new landing page and link to it through a button our our website. We then create new fundraising goals and landing pages for annual fundraisers. All of our fundraising challenges have been solved with this app. Additionally, the developer is VERY responsive and implements solutions to most any challenge we face. The tool is quite simple to use. I highly recommend it!
I really enjoyed using this app—it’s super customizable, and the customer service was always responsive and helpful. I especially appreciated that all donations run directly through my Shopify store and that the app doesn’t take a percentage of them. In the end, I just needed a few features that go beyond what the app is built to do, but overall, it’s a great tool for anyone looking for a flexible, donation-friendly solution.
So glad we found Donate Bee! It is easy to set up and use. We have received timely and helpful support from the app developer.
It is exactly what our charity needs for our fundraising goals. Would recommend!
There was only one landing page template (Trees) available, even with a paid plan.
Hi there! Thanks for your review. I appreciate your feedback. Although I must say I feel sad that you left a one star review instead of reaching out to us directly. Many of our customers are happy and we’re sorry that our first template doesn’t meet your needs (we are working on more templates but we wanted to publish our app with our initial template to get value to you, our customer). We provide this app for free (with a paid upgrade if you exceed the free tier) so I think a one star rating is a bit harsh. Nevertheless, feel free to reach out to us and let us know what kind of other templates you would like to see.
Application très user friendly et service à la clientèle très rapide et efficace!
This is exactly the App I've been hoping for! It helps our small nonprofit receive donations and gives us room to grow. Thank you for making such a great app with awesome functionality.
Easy to set up, easy to use - great way to tell your story and give some context to worthy causes!
