As a charity organisation, we just wanted a simple pop-up at check-out to invite people to make a donation with their purchase. The app is simple and easy to use, and when we ran into a display issue Alex from Customer Service was kind and quick to solve the issue.
Thanks for your review, I'm glad to help. Let me know if you need further help with the app.
Very simple to set up. If there are any more complex customised requirements, customer service will help you achieve it.
I've had multiple donation campaigns with different requirements and their team have helped me every time, even with the time difference, they get the job done super quick.
Great customer service - very responsive and they went above and beyond for a time sensitive donation campaign.
Thanks for your review! Don't hesitate to get in touch if you need help with anything else with the app!
Highly recommended!! We are so happy using the Donation App on our website - and we were happily surprised at the level of skill and care the developers bring to their product. I can't wait to work with them on bigger projects too! Thank you Donation App Team.
Thanks for leaving a review! It was a pleasure to help. Don't hesitate to get in touch again if you need assistance with the app!
