DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

This app is GREAT! We had issues with customers not being able to find products in our Shopify store and since adding the app the messages and phone calls have almost went away. Our sales from searches have sky rocketed. George with Doofinder has been phenomenal as well. When the Hurricane hit Florida he was able to help extend our trail while we got things back in order and helped with every question along the way. Highly recommend this app!

Got the email from DOO Finder by some the girl name 'DIANA' and I must say they got a real good employees. I took the 30 days of trial and abolutely love their communication and cooperations and she also managed to arrange a meeting on weekends just to accomodate the customer. I end up buying the Pro plan and DIANA also gifter me 50K searches and their after sales service is also great. Looking forward to work with them for a long term. Way to go

As a business that sells a very niche, unique product this is a very helpful way for visitors to navigate my ecommerce store. For those new to my site, it is a discovery process to understand the many different designs of original art museum banners I carry. The tool has yielded a lot of searches already and it is super easy for visitors to use. The backend is simple to navigate as well. This might be the best app I have added to my website this year. A game changer for my website conversion rate and great customer experience in finding my products. This App has been such a new and fantastic asset to my page. This is a really impressive app to add to a website. It is easy to set up and get running. My ROI was seen in the first 30 days. Highly recommend. I thought I didn't need the app and declined to use it for months, but Nicole helped me set it up with a trial. She is so sweet and was so patient with me, that girl deserves a raise. It's got awesome features but they vary depending on the plan. My favorite part is being able to see what people are searching for, and using the synonyms I can help my customers find what they're looking for or add that item to my site. I was skeptical at first but Santiago made the whole experience a win win. We went through all the powerful features of this app and within a month i new this was going to increase my business sales. Customizing the search to get new products recognized and making sure i always have something to offer the client when they search for anything is very powerful.
