DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

Excelente herramienta para las búsquedas de productos, permite mostrar los productos que coinciden con la palabra, pero además colocarle el aviso del % de descuento que tiene el producto para los que están con descuentos, hacer filtros por precio, marca y sección. Muy fácil de utilizar para configurar las búsquedas.

¡El buscador es buenísimo! Le brinda a nuestros clientes una mayor amplitud en búsqueda. Además nos ha permitido tomar decisiones en base a las características que se nos brindan.

All the team is really confident and exited abourt how Doofinder works and has help us as a company to have more traffic, search and sells. We are expecting so much and we know its going to work so well for the next months and years.

For the second time in a month I have been really let down by their support team. It is really atrocious - be prepared to go days with a broken site search if you use Doofinder.

On this occasion the search bar stopped working because I had apparently exhausted my quota - the app told me I was on the free plan despite being a $61 / month paid user and they cut off the search functionality.

I contacted support but all I got were messages (likely AI) telling me someone was looking into it. This really isn't a difficult issue to solve - it's an obvious error on Doofinder's side. But it has been left over 24 hours now, during which time we've spent marketing budget towards website users who cannot use our site search.

Last time we had to wait 3 full days to resolve a simple issue that broke our entire site search. I recommend looking elsewhere.

I have been a customer of Doofinder since 2021. When I signed up, we agreed a €25 per month price for the lifetime of the contract.

Without consultation, they increased the price to €149 per month — a 496% increase. My usage would actually qualify for their €49 plan, yet they still placed me on the €149 subscription.

When I challenged the increase, Doofinder responded by saying they could no longer meet my expectations, even though my expectations have not changed since the beginning.

Early customers supported this company but it now seems like greed has replaced loyalty.

I also submitted a GDPR data request, which they have failed to comply with.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company in any way.

Acabamos de instalar el buscador Doofinder y nos parece una excelente opción para que nuestros clientes tengan una mejor experiencia en nuestro sitio, con la ayuda y asesoría de Christian podremos obtener el mejor provecho de esta herramienta.

Nunca he escrito una reseña, pero ahora si lo amerita, no es que de por si el buscador sea bueno, es que también el soporte que dan es excelente, te resuelven los problemas muy rápido (hay veces que les pido un cambio, me hago un cafe y al volver ya esta el cambio hecho), hasta me hace sentir mal tanta atencion, 10/10

Me dio excelentes consejos para comenzar a manipular la aplicación para adaptarla a mis necesidades poco a poco. Estoy emocionado de ver cómo funciona esta aplicación para nuestros clientes.
