DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

What an amazing experience it has been to find DooFinder. These guys called a few months ago, i have to admit i was skeptical at first and worried it was just another search app, but boy have they proved me wrong! Lennon has taken us through the whole process and the app is amazing. I could not praise Lennon enough, he is brilliant. If anyone is in doubt, just do it, you will not regret it!

While I was a little skeptical at first of any cold call, and I didn't know I was looking for this improvement. Ivan was most helpful in creating a new upscale look for my website and was a pleasure to work with. I am still interested in the long term effects it may have in increasing sales but the AI in the technology really seems to increase possible search results and is very impressive.

We have thousands of active products on our site. Navigation had been a challenge we faced for a long time. DooFinder had immediate and significant positive impact on search and site navigation for our customers, increasing sales and conversions. Support is knowledgeable and responsive. We're implementing other included resources. Wish we had found them sooner and HIGHLY recommend DooFinder.

We installed this app and although it immediately made our website search better, it wasn't quite doing what we wanted. We had a great deal of support from the Doofinder team, Shaun especially, and they tweaked everything to get it how we needed it as well as showing us how to tweak it ourselves in future if we need anything different. Have had DooFinder installed for a month. I have had nothing but positive feedback from our customer/clients about how easy it is to use. It was easy to set up/install and my Rep Nicole has been nothing short of FANTASTIC, answering my questions, helping with design, and answering more questions. There is a ton of functionality that I am still learning how to use, but so far it is fantastic!

DooFinder has been a great addition to our website increasing functionality for our customers, and also looks much better vs our previous search bar. Daniel was incredible to work with and helped us multiple times with facetime meetings to show us what Doo Finder was capable of, and help us understand it. Daniel also added a most popular products carousel to our main page which is already very effect.

Doofinder has been the best product we have added to our store so far this year It works smoothly, has a nice clean layout and provides a far more interesting tool for visitors than regular search functionality.
The Doofinder team and especially Rick are very helpful and always on hand if we have any questions. In the first month, it generated 19 sales and over £10K in revenue! Can't really beat that!!

Great app! Doofinder has very useful features that boost our CTR, conversion rate and helps our customers find what they are looking for. It is straightforward to use, however if you are experiencing any difficulties there is a highly qualified support team.
