Just signed up for the enterprise level solution. We wanted a smart bar finder but was not expecting such great service up front. Egor helped us install the solution, tweaked it from his end. Then followed up on several occasions to show us how everything worked, all the options on the backend, as well as day to day processes we can use to help capture lost sales though search bar data. The support on this product exceeded my expecations by a mile. Would recommend this to anyone and everyone that needs a better search bar. Egor went above and beyond with our support in every way, highly recommend asking for him =)
I recently tried Doofinder for a 30-day trial, and wow, I was blown away! It's become an essential part of our website, giving it a professional edge and providing valuable data for our marketing strategy.
The Doofinder team, especially Danilo, was amazing. Friendly, super knowledgeable, and patient, Danilo guided me through the app's features and customized them to fit our needs. I couldn't be happier with the attention to detail and support.
A big thank you to the Doofinder team for their remarkable product and exceptional service. I can't wait to explore more of its extensive features and enjoy a fruitful partnership together.
¡El buscador es buenísimo! Le brinda a nuestros clientes una mayor amplitud en búsqueda. Además nos ha permitido tomar decisiones en base a las características que se nos brindan.
Downgrading from 5 star to 1 star.
The service side does not match the price tag on this app.
Service is still exceptionally low for the extremely high price.
AI chat = horrible

After completing a 30 day trial, I'm definitely impressed with Doofinder. Not only do our search bars look great, but the customer service has been amazing. I also love the metrics provided. I would definitely recommend!
App super consigliata e grande Fabio!
Much more user-friendly than some other search apps out there. Egor Yaroshenko has been very helpful so far in getting our account set up!
Amazing app, and awesome team behind it! This app vastly improves the look and feel of our sites, and is far superior than Shopify's native search bar. The team has been super helpful with setup and helping me understand how to use and optimize it and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!
the worst app- this has ruined our search bar during our christmas rush and there is zero help minus a chat bar that just keeps repeating itself. awful service and has now costed us thousands of dollars
