We have been working with Dori on our skincare website for the past few weeks and it is so much more than a chatbot, it’s an AI sales assistant on steroids, it recommends products, explains ingredients, build skincare routines and answers customers questions. It really creates an intelligent and seamless shopping experience for customers. There is a bit of a learning curve but the AI Brain allows you to create extensive custom behaviours, rules and knowledge that make the assistant feel like a real skincare consultant rather than a basic chatbot. In supporting us on this journey the Dori support team has been extremely responsive and have helped and guided us along the way, I highly recommend this app!!

This app is one of the best I have seen on shopify. The service is so nice, it helped me with customization and didn't give up when problems seemed unsolvable. The AI integration helps customers to get answers for their questions. On the one side you can have the chat icon in the corner where AI answeres you many questions but you can also have it on your product pages where it gives additional information for each product. And this all is for free! Get it now, it is worth it and free
