We’ve had a very positive experience with Dotdigital Loyalty and have been using it to run our PackPoints loyalty program at Pacific Packaging Australia.
As a B2B business, our customers don’t typically make impulse purchases, so we needed a loyalty program that could work around longer buying cycles and larger order values. Dotdigital Loyalty has given us the flexibility to build a program that suits how our customers actually buy, rather than trying to force a traditional retail loyalty model onto the business.
