Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! Hope you enjoy using the app and have a great day!
We have been using the app since the 1st day. The support is very fast and helpful.
We're glad we could help! Thank you for the review and kind words!
After Further clarification, I realized the issue was based on a misunderstanding from my side, not the app itself. however, you can always contact them through their email which is shown in the privacy policy and the reason is from Shopify dashboard that it's not shown anywhere on the app page.
I'd like specifically thank Mrs. Mihai Dragan for her transparency, professionalism and quick responses throughout. She was very helpful in clarifying everything.
to be fair, I've kept my original review and updated it instead of deleting it.
wish you all the best

is there a way to contact the developer ? i've been looking all around the app. store, there is no visible way to contact Grizzly Apps. SRL.
Hello George,
Thank you so much for the kind words. I'm happy we were able to clarify the situation!
As a note for other merchants, there are numerous ways that you can contact us, through your Shopify admin in the Apps section or through the Contact Us button from inside our app or on our website, or directly at support@grizzlyapps.com.
Thank you!
Thank you
The support from BEST Currency Converter team was absolutely outstanding. I was having trouble configuring the application on my own, and their team went above and beyond by actually going into my backend and helping set everything up properly.
What could have been a frustrating experience turned into a smooth and stress-free process thanks to their hands-on support. It’s rare to find a team that is this committed to making sure their app works perfectly for their customers. Highly recommend!

Thank you for the praise! Hope you enjoy using the app and have a great day!
I am in the first week of using this app.
It was very easy to set up and the converter is discreet and does not interfere with the graphics on our site.
So far so good!
Very happy with this app! Within 48 hours, Mike had everything set up efficiently and the currency converter is working perfectly on my store. The support was fast, clear, and super professional.Highly recommend — both the app and the team behind it.

10/10 such a great and useful app. This helps my customers show with the currency in their country so they're not in my emails asking for the price in their currency.
Very simple app to use. The installation required little time and no specific technical-IT requirements.
The free version of the App already does a lot, but 10 dollars a month is money well spent when you want to start doing business abroad!
For now the App is not being used to its full potential, if I ever have problems, I will write a corrective comment in some time.
