We used DRINKS to support pre-compliance and sales tax management for our Shopify ecommerce business. While we experienced some challenges during the initial configuration, including issues that allowed orders to be fulfilled beyond allowable volume limits in certain states, the DRINKS team was responsive and engaged when the issues were escalated. The app handles everything from age verification to tax compliance, shipping compliance (including dry/wet areas) to customer and order volume limits. The DRINKS team is responsive and helpful with unique use cases. Our business has benefitted from real-time tax and compliance completely integrated into our checkout. The integration with ShipCompliant is also very helpful for reporting.
