Hey there,
I’m really sorry you’ve had trouble getting a response, that’s not the experience we want anyone to have. I know how frustrating it is waiting on support when you just want an update on your order.
Looking at our support ticket, it looks like we were waiting on a response from the supplier of this order.
If you can please email me directly at spencer@dropcommerce.com I’ll personally make sure your issue is resolved right away, and we will make this right with you.
We truly value your business and want to make this right.
