The connection from Wholesale2b (W2B) to Shopify is very difficult. It took me 2-hrs with shoppify support tech, and we could not even finish setting up the shipping zone/cost the way that the instruction from W2B tell us to do.
The support from Wholesale2B is almost none. I still do not feel confident about W2B setting instruction whether it is correct or not.
Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your experience setting up the Shopify integration has been frustrating.
The shipping setup can sometimes be challenging because it depends on how your Shopify store is configured, including your shipping strategy, locations, and the suppliers you plan to work with. While our setup guide covers the standard configuration, there are cases where additional adjustments are needed.
I'm also sorry that you felt our support was lacking. That is certainly not the experience we want our members to have. We'd genuinely like the opportunity to review your setup and help you get everything working correctly.
Please email us at support@wholesale2b.com with your account email address, and we'll personally look into your Shopify configuration, including your shipping zones and rates, to make sure everything is set up properly.
Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to improve your experience.
Thanks and regards,
