El soporte es lo mejor! estoy muy feliz de usar su app, he pagado por temas y muchas veces incluido el tema actual no dan soporte siempre se lavan las manos pero atlas me soluciono todos los problemas y me ayudaron en cada momento, sin duda merece la pena usar esta app

Sabemos lo frustrante que es quedarte sin respuestas cuando algo no funciona en tu tienda, así que nos alegra muchísimo haber sido justo lo contrario: estar ahí en cada momento hasta que todo quedara resuelto. Eso es exactamente lo que queremos que Atlas sea para cada merchant.

I uninstalled the app but it still appears to be charging me. On top of that I can't seem to find their support channel or email or anything. Website has nothing.
Best AI tool out there especially for beginner's like myself. The support team is also ready to help at a moments notice.
A great app with a great team behind it. This app helped me achieve some key things, and I found it to be simple and very user-friendly.
Also, what I really appreciated about Atlas was their amazing support team, which has a very high response rate.

I am very disappointed with Atlas AI. I uninstalled the app during the free trial period, yet I was still charged afterward. This feels misleading and unfair, especially since I clearly removed the app before the trial ended to avoid any billing.
There was no clear warning that simply uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription, which makes the whole process confusing and frustrating for users. I expected better transparency and a more user-friendly cancellation process.
I have since tried to resolve the issue, but the experience has left a very negative impression. I would advise others to be extremely careful with the free trial and make sure to manually cancel the subscription in addition to uninstalling the app.
Subscriptions are paid monthly. If you cancel your subscription, your access ends immediately and will not continue through the end of the billing cycle.
