DSers has made managing our Shopify dropshipping orders much easier. The app is user-friendly and makes it simple to import products, manage multiple suppliers, map variants, and process orders in bulk. It saves us a lot of time and keeps everything organized. Their customer support is also responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. Highly recommended for Shopify stores using AliExpress!

DSers is in my opinion the best dropshipping platform. It is easy to use, practical and makes managing products and orders very efficient. The customer support is also exceptional whenever there is a problem the team responds quickly and does everything possible to find a solution. What a gem i found! i got the help i needed to figure out how to map my products, looks pretty easy. I got great support getting the help i needed. The information even helped me to upgrade to map out more products! I'm glad to have a better supplier now tat actually have the products customers want! Who can ask for anything more?

It’s terrible. I accidentally subscribed—there was a free trial period, so I cancelled immediately—but the cancellation didn't go through. I was forced to wait for the charge to process before applying for a refund, and even after contacting support to request one, I still ended up being charged $10.

Dsers agent was very co-operative, she helped me solve my frustrating advanced formula issue, which was calculating my selling prices at losses because the formula did not add the shipping cost to the total cost, this was happening because the formula did not show the exact name of the shipping method. But I suggested to at least warn the user that the shipping cost is not being calculated and to have the option to include it before pushing the item to the store.
