We register several thousand warranties a month across offline, Shopify and marketplace orders, all automated through Dyrect's API. Registration, approval, certificates and claims all work programmatically, which is why we picked it. Repair and shipment tracking made the claims side properly usable. Main gaps: no API to edit or delete shipments and work orders, and one unannounced form change broke our integration. Support is responsive. Solid if you want warranty handled as a system rather than manually.

I use this app to manage warranty registration for my customers, and it integrates seamlessly with my Shopify website, making the overall process much easier and more efficient.

Yogesh and Abhishek have been fantastic to work with. They are always willing to guide and assist me whenever I have questions or run into roadblocks. What I especially appreciate is how resourceful they are — they take the time to understand my requirements and are always able to provide practical solutions, even when I have specific requests for my review and testing purposes.

We use this for Warranty and Free Gift submissions. On the backend, we can also make any necessary changes or modifications to ensure proper alignment.

The support team is very collaborative and friendly. Even if it is outside their scheduled hours, someone is still willing to assist when needed. Hats off to everyone for the great teamwork!!!
