Muy buena app, nos facilitó la emisión de boletas automáticamente y enviadas por correo después de cada compra, lo cual manualmente es un trabajo demoroso y que no agrega valor. El único problema que tuvimos es que al pasar del plan gratis al de pago sencillamente dejó de generar las boletas. No recibimos un aviso ni nada, pero menos mal nos percatamos rápido, autorizamos el plan correspondiente y además nos permitió generar las boletas pendientes en un click. Es el único detalle. La instalación no es tan sencillo pero tampoco de es física cuántica. La hice sin ser una persona muy técnica.
Boletas fiscales aparecen en invoice generado por Shopify POS para cumplimiento tributario. Boletas y facturas se generan correcta y automáticamente sin intermediarios.
Intenté asociar la app de e-boleta en Shopify pero no fue posible. La aplicación me arroja un error de que se ha redirigido muchas veces.
He intentado contactarme con Soporte Técnico reiteradas veces pero no he tenido respuesta.
