Easify Box Bundle Builder BYOB

Mari did a great job and response was very quick!

I had a wonderful experience with the support team, especially Kat! She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered clearly and promptly, and she made sure everything was resolved smoothly.

It’s rare to come across such dedicated and friendly support. Kat truly went above and beyond to assist me, and her professionalism made the whole experience seamless.

Highly recommend this app—not just for its features, but for the outstanding support behind it. Thank you, Kat, for your amazing help!

spoke to Kat today and someone else yesterday, they are so quick and helpful sending videos of how to do everything which is great to follow along to :)

There customer service is top tier. Fast response and quick to resolve any set up issue I may have had!

I am very pleased with this app so far. I got some help setting it up from shopify's AI and from Kat on the chat from Easify. There were some minor tweaks that needed to be ironed out but all in all I'm excited for it's potential in my shop.

The app wasn't as intuitive as I hoped and I ran into some issues, but Liv was amazing! After a brief waiting period, and I mean less than 2 minutes, she jumped right in and found the issue and got it fixed for me. I'm truly grateful for a very cool app and outstanding customer service. Thank you again Liv, you're a life saver!

I spent way too much time on two other apps before finding this one.
Kat helped walk me through setting up a bundle deal. I was very confused but she was so patient the whole way helping problem solve to get it to work! Thank you so much Kat!!!!!
