Very helpfull helpdesk, starting soon with using this app.
Preparing all right now, but it seems to work great!

Terrific app - super easy to install and use. Took about an hour and we were up and running. A few weeks in we got a Shopify alert that an Easify order couldn't be processed and Suzy was super responsive in researching the issue. (It turned out someone added over 150 items to a cart - most likely a bot).

Lucy helped me to fix a thing that It was driving me crazy and it was the language change. She was very helpful and patient.Thanks a lot to the team
