I was having problems with getting my first Box live on my website, so I tried the 24/7 support link in the Box Bundle App, expecting it to be a useless Bot. Pleasant surprise, it was a real person, Anne, even at 10p.m. on Saturday, and she sorted out my issues really quickly. Super impressive. And the Easify Box Bundle Builder is awesome. More than 5* if possible, for Easify and Anne.

I like the idea of the app, but struggled with how to work it, however I cannot fault the 24 hour support team, who have been friendly and helpful and helped me with every small issue. Thank you!

Anne is really lovely. She was sooo helpful, i was having a little issue with on boarding and she made a video tutorial for me to follow. The response tine to help was very quick also. Definitely would recommend.
