Terrific app - super easy to install and use. Took about an hour and we were up and running. A few weeks in we got a Shopify alert that an Easify order couldn't be processed and Suzy was super responsive in researching the issue. (It turned out someone added over 150 items to a cart - most likely a bot).

Everything works as advertised and the customer service is amazing! being able to chat or email with support has been a big plus!

Love all the options and conditions so you can really tailor the experience and visual for you store.

I've needed customer support now a couple of times, and they are always willing to jump in and help. Even if there is a language barrier, we can work it through. Thank you guys so much!!
