Easify Custom Product Options

I use Sellify mainly for custom fields on my product pages (things like text inputs for personalization, engravings, and order-specific details). It’s simple to set up, works well with my theme, and handles the extra information cleanly without getting in the way of the buying process.I hit a small issue once and their support team was excellent. I worked with Audrey and Anne—they were both amazing. Response time was very fast, they jumped right on it, and the problem was resolved quickly and clearly. That level of support makes a real difference.Overall it’s reliable, easy to manage, and does exactly what I need. Highly recommend.

The basic plan was all that I required for my website. When I came across an issue, I messaged an agent and they responded immediately. They also resolved the issue with 30 minutes. I needed customer options added to our packing slips.
I sent an email and then noticed the 24/7hr chat option so tried that too.
The call was picked up immediately and passed to a live agent, their staff edited our template in a few minutes. My email was responded to in 5 mins with instructions on how to fix the issue myself.

I've really enjoyed using this app over the years. The staff are always friendly, professional, and quick to resolve any issues I have. The only feature I wish the app had is the ability to upload an image for add-on features when they’re displayed in the cart.

We've had a great experience with this app for our needs. There have been a few small issues over the couple of years we've been using them but they are very responsive and are able to fix the issues quickly. We'll be finally upgrading to a paid version soon and think they'll be a good partner.
