I’m really impressed with AI Easy Ads, not only because the platform is excellent and very easy to use, but also because their customer service is outstanding.
The support team is extremely responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand my situation and handled everything quickly and professionally.
The platform itself is also very well designed and makes creating and managing ads much easier. It’s a great tool for e-commerce businesses, especially if you want to save time and simplify your advertising process.

I am still testing and learning, but getting a sale has given me confidence to continue. Looking forward to seeing more results as I optimize my store and ads.

Exceptional Support & Fast Resolution!
I recently had an issue regarding an unexpected charge under a free trial label and reached out to the Easy Ads support team. I am incredibly impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled my situation.
From the very first message, the support agent, Ouissal, was attentive, polite, and eager to assist. They didn't just hide behind automated emails; instead, they immediately offered a quick call and a Google Meet link to investigate the issue in real time. Because of their proactive communication, we resolved the issue in under a few hours.
Ouissal successfully processed a $39.95 credit back to my account well before my next billing cycle. It is rare to find an app support team that cares this deeply about its users and acts with such urgency. Highly recommend Easy Ads for both their great product and stellar customer service!
