We launched in Australia and needed to remove it from the block list while keeping historical data for comparison. Support showed me how to archive a rule instead of deleting it — the block stops but the historical traffic data stays accessible. Exactly the approach I wanted but didn't know how to ask for.
Created a redirect for blocked countries but it was causing an infinite loop because the landing page was on the same domain. Support diagnosed the loop in about two minutes, helped me exclude the landing page URL from the blocking rules, and the redirect started working properly. Quick turnaround on what felt like a complex issue.
Our fraud team wanted the blocked visitor log exported to CSV for their own analysis tools. Support pointed me to the data export feature and helped me set up a weekly automatic export to email. Now the fraud team gets their data every Monday morning without me having to do anything. The automation aspect was a nice bonus.
Wanted to block by device type after noticing suspicious desktop-only orders at odd hours. Support explained device-based blocking isn't available but suggested combining the visitor log data with time-based patterns to identify fraud. They helped me set up a custom analytics view to track it. Creative problem-solving even when the exact feature doesn't exist.
Still evaluating FREE version. Provides IP blocking that I needed ASAP. Good real-time monitoring and reporting. Other features available as well if needed. Thanks for making this app available
Asked about datacenter IP and proxy detection beyond standard VPNs. Support explained how the proxy detection database works and which types of proxies it can identify. Turned it on and our suspicious order rate dropped measurably. They didn't oversell the feature — they told me exactly what it catches and what slips through.
Found our images on a competitor's dropshipping site even with right-click protection on. Support acknowledged the limitation and helped me enable the inspect element blocking as an additional layer. They also recommended adding invisible watermarks to our images. The combination of app features plus practical advice is what good support looks like.
Asked about syncing rules across three Shopify stores. Support was honest that there's no automatic sync feature yet but showed me how to export and import rules via JSON. It's a manual step but takes about 30 seconds per store. They also mentioned they're working on multi-store management. Transparency about the roadmap is refreshing.
Only needed right-click protection on product pages, not the blog. Support showed me the page-specific targeting option — I can choose which URL patterns get protection. Set it to /products/* and our blog's embed functionality works perfectly again. Granular control like that is worth having.
Wanted to block Southern Italy specifically while keeping Northern Italy open. Support explained that sub-country blocking isn't possible with IP geolocation at that precision — it's a technology limitation, not a product gap. They suggested using address validation at checkout instead. Honest answer, practical alternative.
