Zestard ‑ Easy Donation

We’ve been using Easy Donation across six of our Shopify stores, and the experience has been excellent.

The app works well for our donation campaigns and has been flexible enough to accommodate our specific requirements across multiple stores.

A special thanks to Abhishek and the support team. They have been very responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the setup and whenever we needed adjustments or assistance.

Great app, reliable functionality, and excellent support. Highly recommended for Shopify stores looking for an effective donation solution.

We have been using this app for a while, and it is incredibly easy to use. We were experiencing some issues with the back end integration of the app with our new 3PL, and wrote in for help. The customer service team was very quick to respond, and Abhishek worked very quickly to resolve our issue. Wonderful service!

Amazing experience with the app and team! Niyati helped me in every way possible!

Loads slow and settings aren't saving

We have been running this app for a while for a non profit and it has worked out very well for us. Recently I encountered an issue after updating our theme and sent in an email for help. My situation was responded to quickly and Vivek had my issue fixed within minutes of receiving permission to collaborate with our account. Top notch service.

They helped me set up the widget and also customize it a little bit! Very happy with customer service

We recently installed the Easy Donation app and had a few questions during setup. Isha provided outstanding support, incredibly fast, clear, and proactive. Thanks to his quick actions, everything was resolved right away and we’re now using the app without any issues. Great service and highly recommended!

We are a non profit and use this app so that people purchasing merchandise from our online store have the option to give a donation with their purchase. The donation widget sits on the shopping cart page and has done well for us. Easy to set up and has not given us any issues. Support is also quick to respond. Highly recommend.

The Easy Donation app provides the flexibility needed to integrate donations into product pages. But, what truly sets this app apart is the outstanding support team. They are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with troubleshooting and customization. Their guidance has been invaluable in ensuring the donation setup works exactly as needed.

This has to be one of the worst apps I have ever used. I can never even get it to load. First chance of getting it to load I took the opportunity to uninstall it! I had high hopes based on what I need on my store. It wouldn't even install properly on my site. I would stay away. The only donation that was made was my initial $6.99 to this terrible app.
