Easy Google Customer Reviews by Union Works has been fantastic. Steve was incredibly helpful throughout the entire setup process and made everything easy to understand. He went above and beyond to help me get everything working correctly. I can't recommend this app highly enough, excellent support and a great product. Thanks again, Steve!
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a kind review James! It was a pleasure helping you with your set-up.
Please do let us know how you get on with the direct link to the Google Survey opt-in pop-up once it has been implemented.
The app is nice. It does trigger the Google reviews. However, the page in which the opt in take place is poorly designed, and you can't change the look or the text. Contacting support gave only bot answers. No real human. Charging $20/mo for half baked app is too much.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your experience with our support chatbot over the bank holiday weekend. You're right that you deserved a more helpful interaction and we apologize for the frustration. Under normal circumstances, we would have noticed the conversation wasn't progressing and stepped in to help directly. Our chatbot will always do its best, but it does have its limits, and our team is usually just a message away when you need a human touch.
Regarding the text on the opt-in page, our chatbot was actually correct on this one, the reason that text isn't customisable is that it's fully translated into many different languages, so that international customers are automatically presented with the page in their own language. Allowing custom text would unfortunately break this automatic translation. It's a deliberate design choice to ensure the best experience for international customers.
We'd be more than happy to help with the styling of the proxy page if you'd like to reach out to our support team now that the bank holiday weekend is over.
Well supported by the developers. (Thanks, Steve!)
Thanks for the great review Roy! ⭐

We installed easy Google Customer Reviews recently and it’s been a solid, straightforward way to get Google Customer Reviews up and running for our store.
Support was responsive and helped us work through a few setup wrinkles quickly. Once configured, it’s been reliable and does exactly what we need.
Recommended if you want a simple way to enable Google Customer Reviews and start building your Google shop rating over time.
Thanks for the great review Kerry! ⭐
We’re really glad to hear the app has been straightforward to set up and that we were able to help smooth out the initial setup too. Thanks for the recommendation, we really appreciate it! 🙌
The easy Google Customer Reviews app is perfect for displaying and receiving customers reviews. It was so easy to set up and no coding is required. Customer service are fantastic, Steve helped us out so quickly when we needed assistance. Highly recommend!
Thanks so much for the great review Allana! ⭐
We love hearing that the app was easy to set up (no code is always a win) and that it’s doing the job when it comes to collecting your Google Customer Reviews. Thanks for the recommendation. It genuinely means a lot to us! 🙌
The easy Google Customer Reviews app works beautifully! And the support has been nothing short of amazing. My company had a special request that required a configuration--the team at Union Works Apps worked with me to get things set up to meet our specific needs.
I would highly recommend this app and developer to any company looking to integrate with Google Customer Reviews. My company's difficult case was made easy the moment I began working with the team at Union Works Apps.
Thanks for the great review Mike! Really pleased that we were able to get the Google Customer Reviews program up and running again for your store.
Have been using this app for years. Then when Shopify went to the new Checkout Extensibility, it broke - pop-ups can no longer be used unless you revert to the old order status page, which is only a temporary fix. This updated app uses a different method to show the opt-in, and works with the new Checkout Extensibility pages. Support, if or when you need it, is excellent. Worth every penny.
Thanks for the great review Dave! Glad we were able to get your Google Customer Reviews up and running again and thank you for your suggestions for improving the UI/UX.
After switching to the new Checkout Extensibility our google reviews opt in had not worked for months. Finally this app provided a solution. Easy Google Customer Reviews is super easy to set up and Steve was very responsive in providing support when we had questions. We highly recommend it.
Thanks for the great review Dan! Glad to hear set-up was straight forward and you can now start to collect Google Customer Reviews on your Shopify store again.
We were using another provider and the opt in survey suddenly stopped working so none of our customers were able to leave reviews.
We have spent over a month with the other company trying to fix it to no avail. We found Easy Google Customer Reviews and it was fixed within minutes.
Their customer service was excellent!
Thanks for the great review Sarah! Really pleased we were able to get you back up and running with your Google Customer Reviews program.
The easy Google Customer Reviews app works well and when I needed some help with an issue (which wasn't caused by the App), the support from Steve was first class.
Thanks for the great review Richard! We were very happy to help and it's great to see all of your 5 Star Google Customer Reviews appearing on your Google Store Page.
