We’ve tried several loyalty apps before, but none matched the experience we’ve had with Easy Loyalty Rewards.

Incredible customer service! The team at Easy Loyalty Rewards is amazing to work with. Dan has been responsive to feedback and questions as I worked to set the program up on our website. So far the loyalty program seems easy to use from a customer standpoint as well as from the backend store owner view. After trying out other products and not finding what we were looking for it was refreshing to see Dan and his team fill that void. Setup questions were carefully considered and small bumps in the setup process were corrected or functionality was further explained if it was something on my end. Easy Loyalty & Rewards delivers outstanding functionality, making it a perfect solution for various needs. There are videos to guide you through setting up which is great for people like me who are not so tech savvy. Aside from the videos, you can email the support team who are exceptional, responsive and knowledgeable. If you need to send a few emails, as I did, they are always happy to assist. Highly satisfied!
