Great app with all the configuration options that we need that has been performing reliably for some 1.5 years now. And I've had great experiences with their support, they generally reply to any emails within hours (sometimes within minutes!) and a small feature request was implemented the same day! Can highly recommend them if you need formal invoices.

We’ve tried several invoicing apps, but Softify has been the only one that truly solved all our challenges with running a multi-language and multi-currency Shopify store. It allows us to create specific templates for each language and currency, and customize them with the country-specific information required for our international markets. Since we sell across Europe, the US, Canada, and Australia, this flexibility is key to keeping our exports smooth and avoiding delays.

The app is very good and works well overall. However, I’m getting an error in the Orders section, which prevents my customers from downloading their invoices directly from there. Could you help me fix this issue?
