Easy Reports & Data Export

App is really well designed. Easy to use and is packed with a tonne of features. The developers are incredible as well, when we reached out to them with questions and a request they were able to help us out and fulfill our request in under a day. Have never experienced customer support this good.

The solution to all of Shopify's export feature's problems! This app really listened to its customers concerns, and it's easy to use, super user friendly and I love the layout. I have been searching for the perfect exporting app and I found it!!!! Thank you for making this app with all its brilliant features that Shopify's own order export tool lacks. This app is 5-Star all the way. It's easy to install, easy to use, and the support staff are excellent. We had an issue which required a bit of customization and Juan got with us shortly after we posted our request. He had our customization fix in place the same day and the results were again 5-Star - EXCELLENT!!!

Great app for a very low cost. I needed to tap into detailed reports and this allows me to do it. Impressed by a very responsive team. Had a small issue with a report and the developers responded quickly and resolved the issue immediately. Well worth it.

This is very helpful to provide summary reports of top sellers. The developer has been very helpful in making custom reports. Great price too!

Really love this app, currently using it as the backbone of our order management system. Super useful especially when you have a huge catalog of products. Amazing customer support as well - they even added a new attribute to the reports to fit our needs.

The app was very close to what we needed for reporting but the numbers were showing slightly off. We messaged support 6 times and waited over 10 days for a response. Our trial was ending and we wanted to see if we could get the reports sorted before we started paying (which we were happy to do for correct reports) - their response was "We have not had time to check, delete the app if you don't want to get charged".

About exporting datas, Easy Reports app is the best. Very comfortable to export datas, user friendly UI, easy to handle and kind CS support team. (only thing i feel little hesitation is Pricing plan for Shopify plus. Other plans are really tolerable.)

Great app and developer response.
- Needed functionality (granular reporting that isn't, surprisingly, built into Shopify native reports)
- Developers added in report fields upon request and quickly, very much appreciated
- Great price considering some competition I looked at
- Came across a bug or 2, but developers were very responsive and fixed. I would never decrease my rating based on a bug providing developers are responsive and reasonable, so thank you.

using this app for 3 years in a row now...these dudes respond promptly, make custom changes, are open to feedback...makes me want to come back to the app and think what else is it that i'd like to do given how responsive these guys are...rock on
