Easy Reports & Data Export

5 Stars !!!!!!! Most amazing customer service. Excellent response time!! Easy Reports has literally made my life so much easier. They for sure live up to their name!

Very intuitive, efficient and completely reliable. Been using Easy Reports for a couple of years now and it is much more robust, easier to use and more flexible than the previous app we used.
Highly recommend...our business depends on it and it has stood the test of time.

The support team was very helpful in quickly addressing our sync issue

The customer support response was fantastic. We had a minor issue with some automations to to Google Sheets. The response (from a real human being!) was quick and accurate. Not only did the Easy Reports team understand our problem, they implemented a live fix in under 24 hours. We couldn't be happier with the customer service for this app.

very user-friendly

This app was great until they ran an update and deleted my old reports. After reading my original review (bad) they reached out to me and fixed the problem they created. The acknowledge that there was a fault in their update and helped remake the lost report. Hurt for a couple days, but back on track. Used for a decade flawlessly. Hopefully no more updates, but they helped resolve the issue! Not often the case. I would recommend.

I only generate a few reports a year so I don't need anything too robust but this app allows me to select all of the details I could possible imagine needing from my shop and I can custom make my own reports. the few times that I use it, it's very easy to use. I did run into a query I was stumped by and the creator responded within an hour. over all great app! I think I've been using it for two years and not needed any other reporting apps.

Exteamly helpful app to generate those report and summary reports you need on a daily bases. The app is easy to use and includes very nice features. The team are super responsive and eager to make the app even better. Rating wise, I think the app in its current state is a 4, but I am rating it 5 simply because they are responsive and even added a new feature quickly based on my request.

After some initial difficulties with support we were able to get everything straightened out, this app has been great for our Shopify store.

Appli facile à mettre en place, paramétrage très complet, et surtout support très réactif, (Juan Manuel) au top.
