This app made it surprisingly easy to launch subscriptions without needing a complicated setup. The interface is clean, the subscription options are flexible, and everything integrates smoothly with our store. We especially like how easy it is for customers to manage their own subscriptions, which has reduced support requests. Whenever we needed assistance, the support team was quick, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Overall, it's been a great addition to our Shopify store and has helped us build more recurring revenue.
Thank you for the wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that Easy Subscription has made managing subscriptions easier for your business and our support team have met your expectations. We truly appreciate your trust and look forward to supporting your continued growth!
misleading app. you cant edit anything when it comes to customisation.
Hi LyricalMind Store,
We’re sorry you felt misled; that’s never our intention. We see that the app was used for only 13 minutes and the setup wasn’t completed. Easy Subscriptions does offer full customization for subscription on the Free Plan, but advanced features like Build-a-Box and Upsell require a paid plan.
We didn’t receive any support request from you — our team is always ready to help with setup and onboarding to make sure everything works smoothly. Please reach out anytime (support@easysubscription.io). We’d be happy to guide you step by step!
