EVS ‑ Easy Variation Swatches

Support Service at its finest!
We had some questions and wishes regarding the customization of the app. After only 1 day, all the questions were answered, including screenshots and videos where changes should be made. In addition they also delivered us a custom code for the app to make it function in the way we wished for. Hands down - never expected this kind of support by an app-team but we are more than happy they made it happen!

fantastic service from Yatish and the team. They went above and beyond to help and they frequently worked out of hours to assist with the integration we needed. Great product too, it has really increased the aesthetics and conversion rates on our site. Thank you again.

Simply amazing support that other apps should aspire to.
If it were possible to give 6 stars I would!
We have been using for 12 months+. We have had some tweaks that were really pushing the limits. Even so, these were done almost immediately. The support team seem to be available all the time and give constant feedback on progress.
Many thanks and well done SpiceGem

We couldn't be happier with this app for customizing variant swatches on our product pages! Not only does it offer a seamless, user-friendly experience, but the customer support is also outstanding. Every time we've had a question or request, the response has been incredibly fast, and the team is always open to feedback and eager to make improvements. Their willingness to accommodate customizations for our specific needs has truly set them apart from other apps. It's rare to find this level of dedication to client satisfaction, and it has made a noticeable difference in our store’s performance. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their product presentation!

We have a jewelry store and many of our products have a number of variants. To make them more visible and selectable also in a collection this app is great. Since not everything worked out of the box I experienced great and highly responsive support. In a few iterations it worked and looked exactly the way we wanted. Thanks for the great support.

SpiceGems is a solid company with great integrity and world-class customer support. They worked tirelessly with our company to provide technical support and App support to make their Apps work for our specific application. In a very crowded space overfilled with product add-on and swatch Apps, I highly recommend selecting this company and their Apps. Our company used other solutions and they just fell short. Nothing but high praise for SpiceGems!!

Excellent support and quick resolution!
The team resolved the issue very quickly and professionally. Everything was fixed faster than expected, and the site is working perfectly now.

EVS support is one of the best I have dealt with! They are detailed, responsive and understanding. The app is also one that I have found to fill multiple needs we have that other apps were not able to. I would highly recommend this app and give their support 5+ stars!
