Wonderful Customer support and app is worth every $.
I have tested many apps but this one solves all the problems.
I had trouble setting up and they did it for me.
Great app works perfectly.
EasyLockdown helped us to easily restrict access to certain products on our site, without having to hire an expert to do extensive customizations. Easy to use and support is great when questions arise.
Works great! Very user friendly and easy to setup. Had a small issue but the support team dealt with it promptly and professionally. Would definitely recommend downloading this app! Definitely worth the $7.
Not only does this app does what it is meant to do, but their customer support is wonderful. I thought I had an issue (turned out to be a silly user error) and they helped out immediately. Highly recommend.
This app works great, it's easy to use, and the developer provides excellent support via email- with the expected delay- but we solved our issue overnight before business the next day (turned out to be simple operator error).
Great App, does wat it promised to do for a very reasonable price! Recently I had a few questions and functionality requests regarding the app, The support was superb! They helped me all the way through and implemented what I asked for.
The app works fine, it can be used to hide prices / products / collections from certain customers. We had some issue when the app wasn't working well and the customer service helped us immediately and they solved the issue. Recommended :)
Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and recommendation for the EasyLockdown app. Our apologies for the initial issue you faced with.
We're here 24/7 if you need further assistance or have any suggestions. Thanks again for your review - it helps us improve our products.
Best regards,
Nexusmedia Team.
The app itself works fine, however when I no longer needed it and wanted to delete the app, my entire website was broken. I had to reinstall the app the fix the problem. The instructions were not clear and the entire website was down for a period.
Thank you for your feedback and we're really sorry about the issue you faced.
Our app really modifies your theme assets to make sure your content/pages are locked securely and your locked content can't be accessed by simply disabling JavaScript in the browser. But due to this you really should make sure all your locks are disabled before removing the app. Or disable the app for your theme - to make sure our app code is completely removed from your theme.
We have several alerts about that in our app interface and we're also sending notification immediately after removing the app, if it was removed with some of locks enabled.
To fix any issues you should temporary install app back and disable the app for your theme. Or contact our support team by email support@nexusmedia-ua.com and we'll remove the code manually for you and make sure everything is working properly.
Thanks,
EasyLockdown team
Excellent lockdown app. Work well and reliable.
I use this app to lock the prices for the wholesale website. Have been using this app for years. Working well and never have a problem.
The team is very helpful and very quick response. Highly recommend!
Excellent app, it meets what I needed, after I needed technical support, they communicated quickly and gave me a solution, even with the time difference.
It allowed me to hide a product and only make it accessible to certain clients, after sending the key
