EasyReviews ‑ Product Reviews

I have been using this app for a few years now and it is an excellent app, I had a placement issue recently on my Shopify store (probably my fault), popped and email off to the support and they guided me to a solution very quickly.
Highly recommend

Excellent for customer reviews.. never faced a problem. Would recommend.

Helping my shop to grpw credibolity, exactly what I need at the moment

Excelent service. The reviews look great on my website and customers leave them often with their built in email

Daher wieder deinstalliert. Schade

EasyReviews has been a great addition to our Shopify store. The setup was quick and straightforward, and we were able to start collecting and displaying customer reviews almost immediately. The app is easy to use, looks clean on our product pages, and has helped build trust with new customers.

Customers are reminded after a pre-selected number of days after delivery to leave us a review for their product and service. This has helped us with improving customer service and evaluating our shipping and delivery times. We also like having the option to review before posting to eliminate fake reviews and unfair reviews for shipping delays not caused by our company's policies. This helps our current and future customers have confidence in our products and service, things that help our standing in the online community that is constantly evaluated by Google, Yahoo and other search engines that now require customer reviews. We find this app adequate and efficient in all the areas we currently need with our online store.

I have been using this shopify app for a few months now and I love it. It is easy to use and extremely easy to install and navigate. The customer support was also helpful and responded quickly. Thank you for helping my small brand. Also as a small brand, I appreciate the free version to kick start my reviews.

As a business owner, I really appreciate how simple this tool is to use - for both customers and myself. Ratings play a huge role in online shopping by building trust and boosting customer confidence in the products. EasyReviews makes the process seamless, and I couldn't be happier with it.

Great review app. Very easy to set up and even easier for customers to use. The reviews visible on product pages look attractive and can be customized to suit your brand colours. A useful tool!
