EasyScan has been nice to use, but it has some things that need fixed. The "skip order" button has been hidden within the print options and that makes it super obnoxious when an order needs skipped. It's also annoying to only be able to cycle through 25 orders at a time. And if we edit an order outside of EasyScan, it no longer shows up within EasyScan to fill the order. Orders get missed because of it. ALL orders should be able to be filled within EasyScan, even if there's an edit made to it. To fill it any other way we can no longer scan in the product. Other than that, it's made filling orders more accurate, but the process is a little slower because it doesn't work the same way as filling orders the normal way not through EasyScan.

We’ve released fixes for two of the issues you raised:
- Skip order is back as its own button in the order header. It’s no longer tucked inside the print menu.
- Edited orders now show every item, so you can scan and fill them in EasyScan after they’ve been changed in Shopify.
For working through more than 25 orders, Order Batches let you cycle up to 250 orders in one go, and digital pick lists handle up to 150.
We’ve also emailed you a few settings that should speed up packing. If anything still feels slower than your usual process, reply to that email and we’ll take a look. Thanks for helping us improve EasyScan.

I really wish I could continue using this app and leave a positive review, because I’ve enjoyed the features it offers. Unfortunately, the pricing has become very difficult to justify, especially as a small business.
I was quite disappointed to later discover other apps offering essentially the same features at around 1/10 of the price. At such a significant price difference, it’s unfortunately hard to justify staying, even though changing apps means additional work and inconvenience for my business.
I genuinely wish the pricing were more competitive, as I would have much preferred to stay rather than go through the process of moving everything to a new app.
The app itself is great — it’s simply far too expensive for the features offered compared with alternatives currently available.

Love this app. Makes my life so much easier when adding new products and getting my SKU's in check. So many platforms in our stack fail if we forget to add a SKU - not a worry with Easyscan. Also had product feedback last week and by this week they had launched a new feature solving it. Can't ask for more than that. Top marks

This is both a good functional and well supported app.

They have a great app that takes care of so many things that shopify is lacking. Great app to hit those final needs. Barcode scanning and purchase orders work great, and customer service is really fast and help you with any issue you have. I would recommend!
