Paid for the premium subscription to add multiple couriers. They failed to integrate the additional couriers correctly, which meant labels couldn't be generated. Spoke to customer service over 4 weeks, who failed to check the integration and resolve the issue. The result, paying £80 a month for a shipping label provider than can't provide labels. Poor.

We had been using another developer's paid product for over a year, and it seemed to only trend worse over time. After several reports of abandoned carts due to shipping errors, I had to take action as that developer had poor communication skills (no responses to emails, unavailable when ringing phones).
Enter Easyship. As the name implies, it really is! We have two warehouse locations in different countries, with different region-specific carrier rate accounts. A few simple rules, and with a test profile, we were test-shipping error-free, with ACCURATE rates.
The level of confidence I have in this product vs. the competitor's is VERY high.
Concisely works for saving in favor of online merchants
Easy to set up and manage the app on various online shopping platform using one click predefined integration method
the more you use the app, the more you save the money
Above all, customer assistance is excellent
Especially thanks for Chaithanya Poojary who assisted me to solve my issues for a long time
Very intuitive easy to use interface and great support team when you need them. I had an issue with notifications for pickups and Neha Roy from the support team went out of her way to find me the resolution! The onboarding call last week was very helpful as well. I tried Shipstation and Veeqo as well but easyship beats them handsdown with their customer centric approach
I like the platform - but very frustrating dealing with them.
Buyer beware - save yourself some and explore other options as well.
Service is a frustrating process, especially that the service is located in India, seems to cause issues with time zones when we needed support, as emails or chats are not responded to until sometime later. When you do get support, it is nothing more than an email linking to a generic article or a video - which does not cover the issue or resolve your problem.
UPS Billing is an issue, now rates increased, or not available as before, plus additional booking and pick-up fees, which do not show up until you have to ship, which was a nasty surprise.
The onboarding team and support team also not on the same page, when onboarding and sale is made, some functions work, then afterward when this does not, support would say that this function never existed or API problems...
Can be a great product, just hope they sort this out. Time will tell but shop around.
PS - now adding further Jun 2026, I have been trying to stick it out, as a beekeeper i am used to getting stung, but please be advised; this is a service for your opposition or as a gift to your worst enemy, let them be tortured by them.. best you stay away

Terrible and scandalous. They will charge you far more than quoted, bring you some charges from weeks ago, topping up the charges you already paid. They will charge your card without telling you.
Watch out for hundreds of pounds charges put on your card.
Always blaming the couriers for their additional charges due to weight checks etc.
The app works fine but their practices are scandalous.

I've used Easyship (and their affiliated warehouse for inventory management and fulfilment) for a few years now and overall, it's a good combination as a small business owner. They drastically reduce the time spent on fulfilment so that I can focus on other parts of the business.
While they offer favourable rates on most couriers due to their volume, if you're often using your local postal services, this will cost quite a bit more than doing it yourself because they don't offer discounts, and Easyship's margins will add to that cost. But for the time saved, plus the ability to offer my customers 3 shipping options each time (cheapest, fastest and best value), it's a no-brainer for me to continue using this service.
There have been hiccups along the way but most of the time (as I'd expect from all companies who offer global shipping), their support is quick and efficient.
EDIT: Easyship did get in contact with me and refunded the overcharges that were assessed over the prior month for me to my satisfaction. We have not seen more UPS multi-package overcharges so they may have corrected the problem with USP. We have also been trying to avoid using UPS for multi-package when possible because of this but we will give it a try again in the future. I am leaving my initial review for the time being so people see the whole picture. The only way that the problem received attention to resolve the issue was with the review below. Hopefully they will act faster with application problems faster in the future.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: This APP was working pretty well for well over a year and then started sending us UPS overcharges weekly for multi package shipments. Some times more than double what the APP had quoted us. This caused us to lose money on a number of orders and when we contacted Easyship they insisted that it was not their responsibility and requested detailed pictures of packages that had left our building weeks before in oder to file a claim. They then wanted us to recreate the packages and send them pictures wasting time and materials on our end. They say that it is up to the courier to have the final say. Even when they can check the system and see that we had shipped two packages and printed two labels they allow UPS to come back and bill for four packages. There is a serious communication issue between this platform and the UPS API and when pressing the chat agent to speak with someone in management my request fell on deaf ears. I am sure that I can not be the only customer having this issue so I would assume that Easyship has no real interest in resolving the problem and is simply going to rely on the fine print in their agreement so point the finger at UPS and continue to allow them to bill in excess of the services rendered. In all honesty you should keep shopping for a shipping APP and skip this one entirely. They have somehow managed to not allow Google reviews of their company. That alone tells you something.

I worked late last night until about 12 am and signed up for a trial account with them before going to sleep. During registration, I filled in my details, including our business address in Australia and my mobile number. Their team called just a few minutes after I signed up around midnight, which made my dog bark loudly and woke up my baby, who cried for hours. It was ridiculous since they didn’t even check the time zone before calling.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and our team have been notified of this and ensure it won't happen again. If there's anything else we can assist you with in the meantime, please don't hesitate to contact us.
This looks like a good app for shipping but it will require you to be on the Shopify Advanced or Plus in order to use the calculated rates at checkout.
Thanks for your feedback. Please get in touch with at support@easyship.com so our team can walk you through on how to use the platform and install rates at checkout.
