Easy??? What is easy? Write emails? Search Why Not Working? Everything is done by laughs.
Works perfectly and prompt support when required. Has good customisation options and does what it says on the tin.
This is a great app to show your product videos. but even better then the app is the support staff, i had a request over labor day weekend and they were on top of it and got it done so fast.
This app is great and the team behind it is even better with their support. I hit a snag due to theme customization I was doing and they quickly responded to help me resolve it and get it working.
An easy solution to get videos to display and play in place or in addition to static images. Great customer service too as they placed an almost immediate fix to make sure it worked on mobile as well.
This app worked perfectly from the start providing my videos functunality that they didn't have originally from shopify. Customer service even helped me tweak it to fit my vision for the site. They were quick to respond and efficient with their help. -Dave
Very easy to use and incredibly quick support response! I would definitely recommend this app if you're looking to add product videos.
Amazing customer service - The Nexus team were quick to customize the app to fit my theme and I was ready to go (and that was on the 1st day of my free trial.)
Wow... Great Product and Amazing Support, the guys where so Quick to solve our problem!
5 Stars!!!
Exactly what I was looking for to showcase a catwalk video at the end of the product photos. I needed a few tweaks doing which the team did quickly and extremely helpfully.
