It's a beautiful app that helps us to direct our clients queries to whatsapp. Thank you so much! Initially was sceptical if I should download it or not, but it's much easier for client to now chat with us and resolve their queries!
very useful app, the setting is simple and easy to setup. configuration is safe and secure. there are other different options and display to choose where it fits your needs. will continue to use this on my other website development. kudos.
Works well generally but we can never reply to customers on a Monday, we are always given an error message. This would also work better as a button on the contact page rather than a pop-up at the bottom of the screen as we have too many options.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on our application. We appreciate your feedback.
Kindly note that our application is designed to provide a WhatsApp chat button, and does not include a general chat feature. In order to better understand and address the concerns you have raised about Monday messages and errors, we would appreciate it if you could provide more specific details.
Please feel free to reach out to us at info@gty.ag or through the Shopify app support system, so that we may look into the matter and provide appropriate assistance. We are committed to ensuring a positive user experience and look forward to resolving any issues you may be facing.
