1 Stern – Keine Transparenz, kein Vertrauen

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

We’d like to clarify why we request an email address right at the start. You can actually enter any email you prefer— our app, there is no requirement any configuration setting. We ask for it early so we can keep users informed about important updates, improvements, or any temporary service interruptions in the future.

We understand this experience felt untransparent to you, and we’ll look into ways to make this clearer and more user-friendly. Thank you again for your input—it helps us improve.
