Just purchased the application, Shreya was able to assist me fully with initiating and beginning to use the App. App is very streamlined and the team has no issues assisting.

Excellent product sync between both Shopify and eBay. I have had some lapses in synchronization due to my EXTENSIVE product library (numbering the tens of thousands) but the DPL team has always been very quick to rectify it!

Als ich einen kleinen Design-Konflikt mit meinem speziellen Theme hatte (weißer Text auf weißem Grund im Warn-Pop-up und doppelte Fenster bei gemischten Warenkörben), habe ich mich an den Support gewandt. Rochelle und Tudor aus dem Technik-Team haben mir sofort geholfen! Sie haben sich eingeloggt und den Code innerhalb kürzester Zeit perfekt an meinen Shop angepasst. So einen schnellen, kompetenten und freundlichen Support habe ich selten erlebt. Absolute Empfehlung für jeden Shopify-Händler! Gerade hatte ich nochmal ein kleines Problem und dieses Mal konnte mir Hem sehr gut weiterhelfen!

Ein paar Kinderkrankheiten aber dennoch ein starkes Tool, auch bei tausenden Artikeln!

I’d say I’m extremely happy with the software, and what impressed me most was how responsive their customer service has been!

App is working well so far after having to leave a previous app. Shreya has been really helpful getting me setup, particularly linking existing eBay products to existing Shopify products. Highly recommend.

Have just installed an had a problem syncing Products, great online help from Hem. So far very impressed with the product, now moving on to orders...will post an update.
