Hem resolved everything prompty and would defiently redommend using all their apps to intergrate your shopify store.

New on this and have used other eBay apps for Shopify. This one is the best and easiest by far.

Just got off the phone with their support and it was a pleasant experience. All my questions were answered and our issue is being resolved. It was a huge concern for us and I am very happy they are taking the time to fix our issue on hundreds, if not thousands of images went missing in Shopify and the person I spoke with was able to easily come up with a sloution.

Pratik and Hem helped a lot and extended free trial. The program itself is good at transfering your listings from Ebay to Shopify fully automatically. I did not get to checking order sync yet. Support is very kind and helpful.
