The app description is misleading. Syncing only works from Shopify to eBay, not the other way around. If you manually update inventory quantities on eBay, those changes never sync back to Shopify. While orders do sync, manual inventory updates do not, making the claim of "seamless, instant inventory sync" inaccurate. Additionally, the free trial feels like a bait and switch. It caps out at 50 products immediately. Once you hit that limit, you are forced to pay for an upgrade just to finish testing manual imports or syncing. For the features provided, this software is heavily overpriced.

I'm only on my first couple hours using the app. I had many many questions. The robot was helpful but then thought I needed a human so a human started helping me. The bot and Ronex the human was very helpful and nice and understood how to answer crazy questions. So far the app seems pretty straightforward and seems to be one I will keep but it's still early. I will update in a few weeks. Thanks
