After some work this has become a crucial app to our shop! The customer service team is AMAZING and really works hard to make sure you are happy and set up. We will be customers for years to come. Thank you CED!
Love the customer service that comes along with the CedCommerce apps. I use Etsy, Google, and now eBay, and they are very helpful whenever I have questions to answer the questions and usually fix the problem for me right there. Neha and Rishu helped me today and both were fantastic!
The product works really well for integrating with your Shopify and eBay connections. Support is always prompt and willing to help with any issues you may be having.

Absolutely incredible customer service! Saved us like a week of trial and error. This app is fantastic, - highly suggest you try if you have any synching needed to eBay. I would give more stars if I could :)
Great app! Easy to use once you sit down and read the instructions.
The syncing and uploading to and from eBay/Shopify is seamless.
The support do a great job too, and respond very quick to all queries raised.

When i started to use the app, i got stuck on few things. Then i reached out for the help and the response was really quick. The team member are always ready to help. I had some issues in understanding the ebay integration. However, Neha made me understand the process very patiently and made me learn new things as well.

Among all the other app for eBay integration we found this app a better option. It takes time to understand how it works. There are some do’s and don’t but overall it is doing what we wanted it to do. It is a good app. Excellent customer service.
