CedCommerce eBay Integration

AMAZING service and experience.

I was dreading the day that the ebay app would be removed from Shopify and put off waiting until the very last day the app was supported to make the switch. I honestly wish I would have made the switch sooner.

CED Commerce made the process so easy. The representatives were so helpful and walked me through the entire process. It was simple and seamless from beginning to end. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

I have 3 different stores on with CED! The customer service level is Top Shelf!! For Etsy there is nothing better! It took a bit with the eBay app but that's where the customer service kicked in. They walked me through it and got me listed. Seriously, if your doing sales from a Shopify store this app will make you money, save you tons of time and when needed, the customer service is incredible! They need to add a 10 star rating for them!!

The help files are not that helpful. The GIF cannot be enlarged to actually see what is being selected. Help FAQs are just brief answers and don't really say what to do to set up. Tried listing just 1 item manually and no matter what I got error messages.

I loved working with Manmohan Singh, he made the transition so smooth and flawless, worth the $$ to switch over... I highly recommend CED Commerce; it's been a great experience...

After the "original" eBay app has been scrapped, I changed to CedCommerce. The app works flawless so far and I was able to pick up my existing listings, also thanks to the really good customer support. Furthermore, there are plenty of options for synchronizing, which is great!
The pricing could be a little bit more generous as 10 free orders per month is not too much. On the other hand, it's probably fair enough. ;)
The only negative feedback I have is about the wording of the interface: there are plenty of mistakes (spelling, punctuation errors, even buttons with letters missing etc.). This should be cleaned up as it leaves a bad first impression which is a pity, because the app seems to work well.

The app can be quite fiddly but the guys on the chat are always available to help you through any issues you may have. They can access your account, locate the issue and then explain exactly what needs to be done.

***Edit: Harshit has worked with us extensively to resolve some of these issues. They have accommodated us on all of the issues but the app still has plenty of flaws. Its working for us now but there is a lot of room for improvement.

I was forced to find a new app once shopify stopped supporting the ebay app. I spent several hours configuring this app and all looked good. However now that Ive been using the app for a couple weeks I have been extremely disappointed. The app doesn't send over all the orders from ebay, it sends over incorrect shipping addresses for global exchange orders, inventory doesn't properly update consistently, and pictures do not always upload. There is also a small lag between the ebay order placed and the inventory on our Shopify page.

Great app, the best among the ones we've tried before. And they have an amazing tech support team too! Highly recommended!

This app has a little bit of a learning curve but once you get it it is really easy to integrate the shop with Ebay and the updates are instant. On top of that the on demand customer service was extraordinary. I couldn't be happier with the level of support I received.

I started working with the app on Thursday and I had to reach out for help on one topic. The quick chat for support got me a person quickly. They resolved a simple issue and I was able to set up my first listing. I added 10 more to just see how everything worked.
I got my first sale on Friday and had an issue due to me not having any inventory on one variant in my Shopify store. Again, the support chat quickly advised on what the problem was and helped fix it quickly.
I have to give it 5 stars for integrating nicely and for the great support.
